The Homestead

The Homestead Tiny Home was built in 2018 by Rafter B Tiny Homes (who was bought out by a local truck camper company in early 2021). This Tiny Home served as their show model for a number of Tiny Home festivals in several states during 2018. After the Tiny Home Festival season was over, this Tiny Home became a part of Waumpii Creek Ranch where people can now rent it by the night. This Tiny Home was built with some materials that were reclaimed from some old farmhouses near this part of Texas. Some of the beadboard wood in the ceiling is over 100 years old.

With its classic farmhouse style, The Homestead feels like a step back to a simpler time, but with all the modern amenities - electricity, awning windows, hot water, and air conditioning!
